Zivtech worked with the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute in conjunction with Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institution on an extremely complex migration of the Marine Metadata Interoperability Project (MMI) website from Plone to Drupal. We were brought in as Drupal expert consultants in order to clean up the project and add new functionality before launch.

Zivtech worked with our long-time friends at Living Liberally to build theliberalcard.org. The site provides national and local discounts to "card carrying liberals" and includes a store where you can buy the Liberal Card, a gallery where Liberal Card holders can show off their "liberal pride" and members only areas where Liberal Card holders can find members-only discounts.

Before becoming a full-time Drupal developer, Alex worked and volunteered heavily in progressive politics, where his focus was on engaging young people in the political process and registering/encouraging them to vote.
