PHP for Drupal

March 10, 2010: One Day PHP for Drupal Training in Philadelphia

This day will be an introduction to PHP from a Drupal perspective. We'll introduce you to PHP syntax, key Drupal functions, Drupal coding standards, and get you reading and writing some Drupal code. We'll also get you used to using the Drupal codebase and API to solve problems.

This training is designed for folks who have Drupal experience but are new to writing code, or have coding experience but are new to PHP or Drupal.

Note: This training is the same as Day One of our up-coming 3-day New York training (May 26). If you want to go deeper into Drupal development you can attend the one day module development training (March 29th in Philadelphia) or the two days of module development training (May 27-28 in New York) following this training.
