Digital Technology Specialist

As a Digital Technology Specialist, you would be working very closely with clients, other technical specialists, and developers to ensure success on web development projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce exceptionally written documentation about web technologies for both technical and business audiences

  • Contribute to project planning and actively participate in meetings and conference calls

  • Provide process best practices advice and guidance to clients

What We Require:

  • Undergraduate degree, or some experience with Drupal

  • Exceptional communication skills (written, spoken, email, chats, etc.)

  • Ability to interact with clients, executives, administrative, and technical staff.

  • Follow-through, initiative, attention to detail.

  • Desire to help others with technology by breaking down complex systems into understandable pieces.

  • Familiarity of HTML/CSS.

  • Desire to learn about all kinds of web technologies.

What We’d Like To See:

  • At least a basic understanding of Drupal or some experience with another CMS

  • Software testing experience

  • Technical documentation writing experience

  • Some HTML/CSS experience

  • Some SDLC experience

What You’ll Gain:
