Our process

Create a usability testing plan

Our team creates a usability testing plan to determine which tests we’d like to carry out. We establish a set of measurable objectives for each feature that’s tested. These metrics include feature performance, speed, and expectation alignment.

Facilitate usability testing

Once a usability testing plan is determined, our team moves forward with facilitating the test. Throughout the testing process, our team keeps the testing environment as realistic as possible and documents users’ interactions.

Analyze results

After the usability testing is complete, our team analyzes the results for clarity. We use our analysis of the tests to inform our decisions regarding problems and potential solutions.

Create and share reports

Following an in-depth analysis of the usability tests, we document our findings and compile them into a report. The report is then distributed across the proper channels to the appropriate teams and stakeholders.
